Bad experience
The light wasn’t on for a landmark to find the motel. Which made it difficult to find in the dark.
There wasn’t a phone in the room to call down to the front desk. I understand almost everyone has cell phones but that’s not the point. The room was very sparse on electrical outlets. I had to plug in my cell phone and cpap machine on the opposite side of the room where my side of the bed was which was very inconvienent. A easy remedy would be to swap sides of the bed but my fiancé also has a cpap machine. We brought our firestick to watch a movie when we got to the room and had to unplug stuff to get it plugged in and then the tv wouldn’t allow the firestick to work. No continental breakfast like the advertising said there would be. We checked out at 9:30am so it wasn’t like we were late getting to the dining area. Very disappointed. We normally stay at Super 8 motels when we travel but this has been the 2nd time since Sept 2022 that we’ve had a bad experience. We may have to change our preference of where we stay.
