The hotel was very clean, however, it was so loud, we didn't get any sleep. I had to knock on the window to get the person outside to move on and stop being so loud at midnight. The person in the room above us stomped on the floor until around 4:20 in the morning. We were on a 2 week trip, and this was the worst nights sleep we had. The manager did refund half on the room because of the noise.
The staff and manager were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. Will definitely stay there again.
Ice, clean, comfortable.
Hotel was cozy and very nice for the price. Location on the main road close to stores and places to eat. Easy access to National Parks from location. Hotel is bit dated but mostly very clean.
Adequate. Room was clean and a fair size. No elevator here so 3rd floor was a hike with ski equipment. Convinent/ Close to the road out of town to Jackson Hole Resort.
There was a lamp bulb that did not work, even with the switch on.
For the money, super 8 is definitely on the better value side. The bed was super comfy and the room really had everything I needed. It was quiet enough to get good rest too. It stunk when I got there, so I cleaned the room again to my own standards before I brought my stuff in which helped. But the smells of other guests smoking and the hallway made for a rough go.
It’s a 3 story building and there is no elevator. The people offered to help with my luggage even though they were very busy
This property was so old and disgusting. We have “red” smears on our pillow cases. Dirty towels. Stains on the chair. Cracked plastic on tub. Outlets were so old nothing stayed on when plugged in. Floors creaked. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Toilet ran ALL night. Heater would not stay on. Kicked off and on the entire time and again ALL NIGHT. We checked out after 2 nights. Paid $20 extra a night to go somewhere else. WHAT A RIPOFF
