The motel is across the street from a biker bar. The bar plays loud music. It turns the lights off late (after 1am). The walls are extremely thin. We could hear conversation next door, the wall shook when they shut their door. We could hear a person snoring. Our unit did not have a heater or extra blankets. No lamps!! No clock! You could not read in bed! The mattress was lump.

Businesses should stay out of politics. The anti-Biden vitriol in the lobby and the campaign signs for two hard-right congressional candidates turned me off immediately. The room was OK for a low-priced motel, but I will not stay there again.

Over priced for what you get. Literally bare bones in the room. Went to the store and bought our own towels and bath mat. Sprayed everything down with Lysol. Could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for the price of this room

The property was nice. Knew when I booked it wasn't a luxury hotel! The room was a good size. It had an apartment size refrigerator, kitchen sink, Kitchen table, microwave oven. No hair dryer, but I knew that from another reviewer. Everything was walking distance. Not sure if was owners or property managers, but very friendly and helpful. I would book there again.

This is an old hotel in Hampton beach as most are. But it has had some renovations, it was very clean, and the staff very friendly.

Room was large and comfortable. AC worked well. Bathroom was small but adequate. Room was clean but could use some cosmetic updates. Motel itself was very quiet and Hampton Beach was an easy one block walk. The only thing, not due to any fault of the motel, was the restaurant/bar directly across the street. Loud music and very loud motorcycles until midnight.
