Nice clean hotel. All the areas of the hotel were clean with easy access to the pool. Rooms were comfortable and the A/C worked beautifully. Stayed for one night. Good location, plenty of parking. Restaurants all around as well as shopping just down the street. Short trip to downtown and in the other direction, shopping centers and more restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and for the most quiet. I was given complimentary water at check in which I very much appreciated. The only drawback was my room was directly across from the ice machine. There was a softball tournament in town and lots of guests were filling their coolers and drink containers with ice very early in the morning so it was a bit noisy.

Our interaction with the staff was minimal, but they were polite and helpful. The room was tidy but there were handprints on the headboard and the cord to the lamp was frayed so we had to use the nightstand lamps. Breakfast was good, both waffle irons worked well. Parking was okay. Our key cards were very finicky and we had to hold them just right in order to get in. Not a bad overall experience but a few negative things that really stood out.

The staff was amazing. Gavin the manager is the best work with us when we had to move to a room in Phoenix. He helped us try and find a room to save us time looking. The staff was/is super friendly helped us out so much. If you looking for a really reasonable great place to stay that is per friendly and your traveling through or to Prescott this is the place to stay. It's right on the outskirts whiskey row.
