Great stay in Waco
My family and I had never stayed at a Residence Inn before and were very pleased with this conveniently located hotel in Waco, TX.. As the name would imply it has the feel of a residence, the suite was spacious, had a kitchenette, a working fireplace (completely sealed and safe), great water pressure and pets are allowed for a non-refundable fee (we had our pooch with us). The property hosted a guest social mixer with complimentary hot and cold food, beer, wine and sodas the evening we arrived. That was a pleasant surprise after a day on the road in cold, rainy weather! We also took advantage of the indoor pool that evening. The complimentary breakfast had both hot and cold items comparable to other properties we've stayed at in the past. That said, the coffee was noticeably better! Overall our stay was a positive experience and we'll definitely consider this concept when traveling in the future.

A get away to the Magnolia Silos
The staff was professional and helpful. Rooms were clean, odor free. Dishes, pots and pans were squeaky clean. Beds were made perfectly. We had booked a single bed room suite. The couch was comfortable. The hotel had the weekly Monday evening social (we were not present for Tuesday and Wednesday social though) and we were amazed to see people having a good time. There were some senior citizens and they too were enjoying. Good company, local wines and freshly baked loaded potatoes just from he oven made it a great evening. The chef is GOOD! Magnolia Silos is at a walking distance (0.4 mi). Breakfast is good / wholesome, though we would have liked it more if baked potatoes were served.

Worth a stay
Breakfast options were plenty and it’s in a great location! The bed was very soft, there were only two trash cans and the regulating the temperature between both rooms in the suite was tricky. Overall, we love this hotel and stay every year! The staff is nice and helpful :)

Great stay, perfect location near the Silos !!
Coming to Waco was to visit the Silos on our mother daughter trip, so this place was perfect for us. Clean room and walking distance to the silos, we traveled during the week so happily missed the weekend crowds. Hotel was great and room spacious and clean, super nice lady on the front desk helping us with some area information, we had questions on the Davidian compound and how to get there and to get to the Mammoth National Monument, both places super interesting. Hotel offered some appetizers and drinks at night which was a great surprise and many guests took advantage off, lots of meeting and chatting with guests, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was a nice buffet and was perfect for us before heading back to Houston. Great stay !!
