2/10 Poor

2nd stay but never again
The room was very dirty. There were cups over the edge of the bed frames to keep people from hitting them. The fire alarm was laying on top of the safe. The outlets were very touchy. If we moved the fridge and it hit the cord, the tv shut off which was plugged in a different outlet. One night we couldn’t get towels cause they were out and couldn’t get coffee packets since the worker didn’t know where it was at. Then the next night the worker had me standing outside the laundry room in the cold for a good ten minutes while he searched for towels and wash clothes. Another night our keys quit working. Normally I wouldn’t be the one the complain about inconveniences, but there were so many little things bad about this stay it was worth mentioning. This was actually our second stay at this hotel. We stayed last year and decided to stay again. We just wanted a decent place to stay that didn’t cost a lot. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here again.

Avoid this hotel
First when I arrived no one was in the lobby for check in. I was there for 15 minutes before someone arrived and clocked in and helped me. Then we we got up to the room it was absolutely disgusting. The smell of the room was as if someone stayed for multiple days with a wet dog. It bothered my kids so much that they all had a sore throat the next day. The floor was black with grime and torn in spots. There was trash left from previous tenants. There was mold in the bathroom. The furniture was missing drawers and broken. Light switch did not work in the main bedroom. Light fixture in room had no cover. Just a bulb sitting in the socket. The door appeared to have been broken into as the frame was cracked and the security latch was missing half that supposed to be on door. Which doesn't help when junkies come knocking on your door at 11pm. my experience was so bad that we cut our trip early and didn't stay a second night that we paid for. This location was unsafe physically and medically for any one to stay at and honestly wish there was a way for days inn to contact me.
