Really Not That Bad
My girlfriend and I reserved a room at the Hotel Blue so that we could spend the night after a concert nearby. The check-in process was simple, though I'm not fully sold on the $30.00 incidentals deposit. Free parking in their secured parking lot is a plus. The Tempur-pedic mattress was comfortable, but the pillows, of which there were three, puffed out like punching bags and couldn't be compressed pleasantly. I would have greatly preferred several flatter pillows instead. Another minor inconvenience is that the light switch for the bathroom also controls the lights above the sink and mirror, which are in the room proper. The television is a good size with many channels from which to choose. The AC worked. Beyond that, the room also smelled good. This doesn't appear to have ever been a smoking room.

The entrance to the room wasn't the most presentable it made you wonder what was in side the room. The room was clean comfortable and for the most part quiet. The breakfast was good and the dining area spacious and clean. The surrounding neighbor hood was good and the selection of restaurants was varied . Access to the interstate was great in the morning but a little more challenging at night. We would recommend it to family and friends and would stay again when in the neighborhood. Points of interest and shopping were all around. Much with in walking distance

The Hotel Blue
It's a great hotel, with stunning views from the upper floors, and really comfortable, with fast, reliable wifi. The free breakfast is great, with a lot of choices and Starbucks coffee. I'm sure the pool is nice when it's not freezing outside(!). The shuttle service to the airport really makes it - prompt and comfortable curbside service. If and when in Albuquerque again, I would stay here.

Nice for the price
A nice hotel for the price. The room was clean, the breakfast was good (not just powdered doughnuts), folks were nice, and it wasn't crowded. Good view from the 6th floor.

Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time
Couldn't stay at the Hilton, less than a mile away, as it was full. Chose this hotel as an alternative, based upon its proximity to the Hilton, where our business was to be accomplished. This hotel was inexpensive, but was pretty poor in quality and at the edge in location (across the street from a park with a lot of vagrants)
