We stayed at the Clarion Abbotsford for a staff party in December 2022. The catering and conference area were great, and all the staff were good. We had a great time as a group, and Clarion provided a good experience there. The downsides were that one of the two elevators was broken, the front doors were out of operation, and we had a terrible smell of decay coming from the drains in the bathroom which spread throughout our suite. We tried to use towels and plug the drains to stop the smell, and close the bathroom door, but even that wasn't enough. We told front desk staff about it in the morning, but they just shrugged it off and said that's how it is. I was not very impressed with their response, or with spending the night in a room that smelled like sewage. On the plus, the rooms were recently renovated and the bed was comfortable. Overall would not recommend Clarion if you have a choice of where to go.

This hotel is awesome! A place to bring your family. The price per night is excellent. It was my first time booking here and I would like to stay here again! I totally recommend it. The staff at the front counter are very welcoming and genuine. Our room was everything I could as for; clean and cute with a comfy bed! It was so nice and quiet all night being on the back hillside of the building (away from the highway). This hotel has a great location next to Castle Fun Park (which is also a must-stop place to visit in Abbotsford that I love). The free covered parking here is a plus too! I hope to see this hotel fully recover from the damage done from the devastating floods last year... Considering that, I think they have done very well keeping their hotel in business and moving forward. Thank you to the staff here - your positive attitudes here really make a difference.
