Housekeeping sloppy vinyl floor in room was sticky and dirty. Vending machine beverage cans had a chemical oder to them. Ceiling texturing in bathroom was pealing off.

The bathroom of our non-smoking room smelled like smoke really badly when the fan was not on. It was close to the smoking rooms and they said it came in through the pipes. We called the desk and they explained it to us, and then offered us another room where it didn't come through the pipes. The man at the desk was very nice and apologized many times. They were accommodating, and helped us move our stuff to the other room.

Should have spent a couple dollars more
The room's air conditioner and the jacuzzi worked... otherwise that, everything else didnt. The bathtub was clogged and it would take a couple of hours for the water to go down. The toilet would clog and would overflow, as well. The blow dryer didn't work and neither did the wifi. The breakfast ,however, was great. Issues with the room was notified, yet nothing was fixed.

Advice for avoiding more 1 star reviews
1. Don't give us keys to a room that is already inhabited by another guest. She was understandably terrified when we opened the door to her room in the middle of the night. 2. After making the above mistake, don't try to reassure us by offering us an "upgrade" to a room with one king bed and a Jacuzzi tub when we specifically ordered two queen beds given the number of people in our party. 3. Don't try to pass off a room as "non smoking" when it has obviously been smoked in. 4. When trying to pass off a room as non smoking, don't leave the window open until your guests arrive on a day when it is 90 degrees outside. Yes... it was hot. 5. If you do choose to try to pass off a room as non smoking by leaving the window open on a hot day, have at least one fan in the entirety of the hotel that you can put in said room. 6. Take down those ridiculous shower curtains that command me to wake up on the bright side.

Girl's Weekend Outing
The room was quiet and comfortable. It was clean and the bed was very nice. Only drawback was not enough plug ins to charge devices.
