    Wonderful
Beautiful hotel, Centre to everything you want. Warm staff and warm Canadians. So welcoming. Hope to visit again soon

    Good 6.0
I'm too critical. Htl probably better than review
Guess pp needs additional revenues from guests to make it. They should just charge more rather than nickel&dime guests as a policy. How about $4 for a generic water? I left with the sense that i stayed in a chinzy hotel. This review should not be shared because although that is my sense, such a review may be too negatively received. The hotel does have a nice harbor view and is located in lively part of town.
    Robert, us1 night family trip
    Exceptional 10.0
Very good location to use as a base to explore Vancouver
    David, us1 night trip
    Very Good 8.0
Love the views, but needs some renovations.
Love the location and overall service. Only downside is the hotel rooms are starting to feel dated for the star-rating and price. The bar/lounge area is also lacking in hours and overall vibe, so we usually end up at the Fairmont lounge across the street.
    us2 night family trip
    Fair 4.0
The view didn't save the day
The question is as ambiguous as was our stay, 1 2 3 4 5, which end is good an which bad. 1 tea cup per room...really TV directed to press "guide" for channels, result "No Signal" displayed on screen. Requested wakeup at 0400, result no wakeup... Saved missing connections by setting backup alarm. Without the harbor view... pretty much a bust...
