Roach infested TV
The room smelled so much like cigarette smoke! Having the air conditioner on made the smell worse! I also had roaches coming from under the tv stand. You can see there was a lot of them underneath the stand. I would not recommend this hotel to no one! Room 117

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
This is the most unfriendly hotel that I have ever stayed in. There was blood on the comforter, there was a mold smell, that we went to County Market and bought air freshners to plug into the wall, we have bites from bedbugs we believe and the service from the people that worked at the desk were the most unfriendly and most rude and unprofessional people i have ever experienced at any hotel. Unfortunately, we had 15 rooms booked for a baseball tournament and could not go anywhere else as every hotel in town was booked. The staff's answer to everything was "well I can have you kicked out if that's what you want." I witnessed them kicking an elderly couple out of the breakfast area due to them having coffee and not eating anything. The lady told them this area is only for people eating. The location is about the only thing it has going for it as it is in the middle of everything and convenient for us, but I would never stay here again due to the rudeness of the staff. The day person at the desk even called her night person a "Karen" and said she overreacts to everything. The night lady followed our players around the hotel trying to catch them doing something wrong.

Nice stay in Jacksonville
BW Jacksonville: Positive experience-great location, well maintained property, quiet room and wonderful breakfast (lots of choices). We enjoyed our one night very much. The check-in clerk was very nice and helpful. Just about 30 minutes' drive to Springfield area. Definitely would stay again
