A Complete Disappointment
Very disappointing for what should be a luxury hotel. Check in was difficult, the room was tiny with no sheers -- only blackout drapes, so only choices were completely open or completely blacked-out windows. The staff was mostly friendly but there were several other service issues that are a result of flawed management and systems. There are other better hotels very near by. Stay there instead.

A bit faded but fancy hotel
Hotel is nice but old style and a bit faded. Wi-Fi lacked strength.

Perfect Stay
Excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect. The White house front lawn was just a few steps away.

We were in a connecting room the first night. The family next door came in late at night and were up all night. There is very little sound proofing through the connecting door. It was like they were in our room. Make sure you don't have a connecting room. The hotel moved us to a different room. Other than this, this is a first class excellent property.

Have friends meet you for a drink at the bar
Overall nice service; exceptional bar, and not just "for a hotel".
