Perfect ending for Italian family tour
Great hotel with luxury interior design and detail service. We spent four days in St. Regis and very much enjoy the facility provided by this OLD hotel. It was pity that they don't provide general meal so that we have Togo out to find restaurants. They provide good bandwidth WIFI service in hotel room but you have to select "One day free trial" program (so you have to manual initial the WIFI service every 24 hours). It is kind of strange...

Customer service - a novelty in Italy.
The hotel is magnificent and well located. The appointments are lovely in every way. The only disappointment was the customer service by the Italian staff. Somehow they don't understand that their jobs are to service the guests. There is no reason why I needed to chase down staff for a glass of wine. Four times I was told someone would come and no one did. I had to practically tackle someone to help us. When I checked out they told me my car was outside after I told them I thought it was right in front. They lugged all our luggage to a van outside and it turned out to be the wrong van. Three bell men ran around in circles not knowing what to do when all along my car was (just as I said) right in front.

Beautiful hotel
Hotel wasn't full when we checked in so they upgraded us to a large beautiful room. Service and amenities were perfect. We were sorry to leave and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a better class of service and room.

Over priced
For the price per night for the room, it did not justify. There are many other grand hotels close by. The staff was not friendly, and the furniture in the room was old and chipped. This hotel needs to be remodeled.
