Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, Budapest
Great location and price

Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, Budapest
Very Good8.0
Great location, spacious rooms, 32 Euro for a standard breakfast buffet was simply over the top. Besides on a Saturday morning one had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get a table as there was apparently a group which took all the tables. For a 5* property one expect that for such an event special arrangements would be made and not to disturb the regular service to individual guests. The concierge service was extremely helpful and attentative.

The maid service is pretty bad; the room has hardly anything in it and the beds and bed sheets are horrible. The Kempinski Corvinus is very expensive for what it offers. I used to stay there in 1995-96 and loved the hotel.... Things have really gone downhill since then....

Great hotel in a great location. Only drawback - - wish there was a coffee pot in the room.
