The stay was great from check in to check out! All staff were courteous and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised about how nice the room was - especially for the price. It isn’t the Taj Mahal but it was definitely nice for what we needed. I would recommend it and stay again if I’m this area again.

Do not stay here if hoping to use pool.
Old,.Pool was dirty. Trash and other things floating in it. Had an iron but no ironing board.Trash overflowing by an entrance. Had no do not disturb signs. Was told to take one off someone else's door. The one time i forgot my body wash, was given little dove soaps that can fit in a baby hand. Wasn't even a travel size.

Customer service, good hotel needs updating
The customer service was really good. We had an issue with our room and they changed it with ease. The room itself was clean howerver there were little roaches in the bathroom. We wanted to try the breakfast but the roach thing threw us off.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!
I choose La Quinta hotels as they are always wonderful, friendly and above all CLEAN. This hotel is absolutely filthy. It smells terrible as soon as you walk in. The hallways!! Elevator!! Carpets are a disgrace to La Quinta. The room had a strong smell of urine and the carpets were so horribly stained and sticky!! Flip flops on at all times.There were old crumbs all around the room. The bathroom was filthy and lots of hairs in the sink and tub. All other hotels were fully booked so I could not move. So the bottom line is DO NOT STAY at this disgusting hotel. You will be ever so disappointed.

I had no problems. I usually stay at La Quinta every year I come down. It is very convenient to the mall, I4, movies, restaurants, etc. I felt safe. I am also happy they included sausages at breakfast.
