    A Disappointing Stay
    I choose this hotel based on it’s great rating, pool, dog friendly status and free breakfast option. When I arrived at the hotel, no mention was made at check-in regarding the fact that breakfast was no longer being offered and that the pool and fitness room would be closed during the duration of my stay. The sundry shop was also closed. It was only next day when I went to go to breakfast and use the pool, that I learned they were both closed/not being offered. No where on Hotels.com or the actual hotel’s website was there mention that these amenities were not being offered. On the Hotels.com site there was a notice that food offerings may be affected, but provided no further information. I would not have paid the price for the hotel that I did had I known that two of the main amenities that caused me to pick the hotel were not being offered. When I brought my concerns and issues up to the front desk clerk, she couldn’t have seemed to care less. She offered no recourse, solution, or empathy. I’m extremely disappointed with my stay and will not be returning. If you choose to book this hotel, CALL THE ACTUAL LOCATION FIRST TO SEE WHAT IS OPEN AND BEINNG OFFERED!!! Don’t wait until it’s too late and you’re already there and can’t cancel or get a refund on your reservation.

    The hotel itself was just ok, but when I booked my stay I was promised breakfast and use of pool. I understand there is a pandemic going on, but I was never notified that there was not going to be breakfast or use of pool or even clean my room. I stayed 6 nights and my room was never cleaned. When I tried to complain to the person in charge on three occasions there was no one to be found. There were other hotels in area that allowed use of pool as well as breakfast. At checkout after complaining to the person at desk He was completely rude and unhelpful and did not care wether I come back or not... I will never go back!

    Poor Booking Management
    The room in itself was fine. The issue for the poor rating refers to the room they gave me. I booked a king with exec room because we had our adult son traveling with my wife and I, and we were staying for four days, but the assist manager said those rooms were saved for reservations for the weekend. Even though I had the verification reservation on my phone I was not given the room I booked. I feel I should have received what I booked.

    Booked online promise check in it for room was not ready to almost 6 o’clock. Housekeeping staff seemed very nice and efficient. But like so many hotels they are understaffed in housekeeping.
