Good value for the location
Good central location and room for the price. It's a lovely rambling old building so you have to make allowances for that and the requirements of fire regulations meaning there are extra doors all over the place. Very nice helpful staff who tried to help resolve my telly not working and offered another room when they could not fix it. Couldn't ask for more really! Only thing I would note is that it is central so traffic noise can be high - but I don't mind that and you don't go to stay in the middle of a city or peace and tranquillity!

If you can afford to stay elsewhere, do. The mattress was awful and a strong smell of sick/urine in the corridors. Being next to the Carlsberg brewery meant a strong smell of hops if the window was opened. Staff were the best part of this stay.

The manager of the hotel was super rude, racist and non Cooperative. You can not warm your food or have warm milk for your coffee or tea. Neither do they provide anything. They charged me £70 a night whereas the board on the hotel said £40 a night.
