Near the town centre, helpful staff, clean and a decent breakfast. The Plough is an older hotel and would benefit from some updating but it offers good value for money. I was happy with my stay at the Plough.

Charming
Single room. Comfy bed. Clean room. If I had a critique it would be the curtains needed a clean in the room. Due to the summer hot air and traffic pollution they smelled, in turn the room spelt musty. But the staff were excellent. The lady at the front desk was so polite and charming. The bar downstairs looked stunning. Overall a beautiful town centre hotel that you wouldn’t believe was there.
