Great hidden gem!
Had a fantastic stay! This hotel is really great - the customer service was top notch, the amenities were good, and the 24 hour snacks/coffee/water/juice bar was such a plus. It was incredibly hot during our stay and it was fabulous to have refreshments available whenever we needed them. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable and well appointed. The shower was awesome and the towels and toiletries were cozy and plentiful. The location was also really great - very close to subway stops, coffee, and of course, Carnegie Hall and Central Park. I will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi, it was fairly spotty and inconsistent. If I'd been staying here for work it might have been a problem.

Midtown boutique hotel
This is a nice small hotel that is fairly new. It is located in the heart of the Midtown business district and near Carnegie Hall. It is has small, but clean rooms in good shape. It is not a "high touch" service hotel, but the staff is very nice and helpful.

Perfect solo traveler hotel
This is my go to midtown hotel as it’s very clean, quiet and well located to subways, midtown and Central Park. I travel solo for business so the small room size doesn’t bother me at all and I love how dark and quiet the rooms are. Might be a bit tight with another person in the room. Have never tried the breakfast but having an in room fridge and the snacks out all day is a great treat. Staff is always friendly too.

Good price, nice alternative to monster hotel
This is a nice boutique hotel with chic rooms, a good location close to Central Park, and a good price. The bed was comfortable. I could not get the thermostat to work. Nice spacious fridges in the rooms with 2 free bottles of water. Hotel TV's are notoriously awful in terms of content, but the Carnegie had a ton of premium & network content available for on-demand, which was great during my trip's downtimes. Be aware this is a small hotel - maybe 4 or 5 rooms per floor. The dining area is the size of a large bedroom, and when 20 people try to crowd it, it's a bit much. But there is a decent free breakfast - cereal, fruit, bagels, English Muffins and the like. No room service. Staff was friendly. Never waited long for an elevator. Because of it's size, it's limited on hotel amenities, but it really was a nice stylish stay in the heart of a good area for not a ton of money. I would stay there again.
