The unit was on the 2nd floor. It didn't resemble the ad picture. The furniture was sparce and cheap. No light switch for the ceiling fan/light in LR. Lots of noise from Bell Road. Checked out after the 1st night

Very comfortable one-week stay
We stayed a week in this one-bedroom apartment and it was as clean and comfortable as if it was our own. I was impressed with the available features including any kitchen items we might need to cook and enjoy dinner at home. We were even able to wash clothes with the included washer and dryer. Prior to the start of my stay I needed to contact them and they were very easily reached by phone. The no-contact check in and check out was a breeze. I'm completely impressed with Frontdesk and I plan to be a repeat customer.

Renting a full apartment like a hotel was perfect for me and a nurse while I recovered from surgery. The room included laundry, a fireplace, a balcony and two beds/baths. There were some repair issues, but I was able to text management and someone was sent out and repaired the burned out range bulbs and the noisy ceiling fan. The parking spot had a tricky post next to it, my only complaint.
