It was ok
The hotel is ok. I liked that they have a free shuttle to universal studios and free pick up. However, I did not like that the pool is across the street we had to walk barefoot on the street to get to the pool. Also the bar nor the restaurant did not look inviting. Also $100 a day for incidentals!?? It’s not the ritz it’s a glorified motel 6 that place at best. The showers are good but the neighborhood is kind of iffy.

I was there attending the Willie Nelson 90th Birthday Concert. My stay at your hotel was fabulous. The only problem I had was the pillows were too big for me so I had to use a couple of towels. lol Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great Place to Stay!!
The Staff at the hotel were awesome, They greeted us upon arrival, But since it was way to early to check in they stored our bags in the office while we went to Universal Studios, and then happily checked us in when we came back at 9:00 pm. The room was spacious and clean, there were no weird smells like a lot of other hotels. The shower was awesome, wish I had that at my house. The shuttle was on time every time and the drivers ware all really friendly and went out of their way to make sure you got where you needed to be. I can't wait to go back!

Way too loud
So. Darn. Loud. Whoever designed a round hotel with anm bar on the first floor with open doors needs to be fired. Literally every room in the hotel faces the center where all the noise from the bar is. Then, on top of that, I could hear the people directly above us walking around until very late (past 11 PM). Very nice hotel, but the noise was not at all acceptable for a $300+ a night hotel.

Minimal Room Care
Coast Anabelle is still operating at Covid epidemic level, which means minimal room care while staying there and, then, only if you ask for it. We did. We got fresh towels and waste baskets emptied twice. Rest of the time we had to call and ask for fresh towels, which were delivered but nothing more. The one time our room was "cleaned," the hot water cups were removed, so when we went to make coffee the only option we had were glasses. There are no containers for recyclables such as newspapers. That said, the staff is friendly and nice. I'm sure they're saving money with reduced staffing, but they're making a once great place to stay less appealing. A safety side note -- the showers have slippery floors. They need to provide shower mats or add grab bars. Location is great and it feels like a very safe place to stay. I just wish they would go back to full service cleaning.

Overall wasn’t bad. Loved the shower! However didn’t like how thin the walls were. We were on the 3rd floor but still heard people laughing and taking in middle of the night from the downstairs bar.

Great Stay! Would stay there again!
This hotel is really clean. Room was very spacious, and very comfortable bed. The location is only 10 minute drive from Universal studios. Shuttle service is convenient but you have to book it in advance.
