Good place to sleep, some details are amiss.
The beds were super comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. Street noise was very much an issue on the 7th floor. Room was overall very clean, but some details were missed like a forgotten charger left next to the night stand or a couple of hairs on the floor next to the door (no biggie, but sligthly off putting). Overall this is a good place to get some sleep during a typical 10PM-7AM sleep window. If you want to have a sparkling clean hotel or sleep in late, this is probably not the place for you.

I would stay again
Walking distance to Times Square. Comfortable and Clean. A bit outdated but that was ok for the location.

Excellent choice in midtown
I had visited years ago on a leisure trip and decided to stay this time for work for 2 nights. Upon arrival I was given an upgrade to a quieter room, which was lovely. My room was spotless, bed was super comfortable. I wish the towels were a bit better but this is not a luxe hotel so I wasn’t anticipating anything special. Elevators are very busy in the morning but I only waited a few minutes. Everyone went out of there way to ask about my comfort, offer to call a cab and recommend nearby restaurants. I did not use the cafe for breakfast but did peek in and it looked lovely if I hadn’t had early meetings. I would stay again.

Nice NYC hotel
Had a few nights to kill in NYC after backpacking 2 weeks in Europe and we booked this hotel last minute. It’s a great location and very nice. I enjoyed the professional and friendly staff, as well as the laundry room downstairs. I couldn’t imagine a much better location, fairly close to everything we wanted to do in Manhattan. It’s impossible to be close to EVERYTHING, and this was about as good as it gets. Very nice beds and bathroom. My only complaint was the $30/night “resort” fee. I already paid quite a bit in fees when I booked, but whatever. We went down to do breakfast, but for $10/person, we were a little underwhelmed. But there are lots of good places to get breakfast very near.
