Booked on Hotels.com for king bed deluxe- paying extra to NOT be in a standard room with NO view. Upon arrival the hotel only had a queen or two doubles and standard room. When the front staff was alerted that I had paid and requested a king deluxe it was brushed saying we don’t have that available. Have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years and very disappointed on this stay. Sorry Belvedere probably that last time you will see me! Really was a damper for our 40th wedding anniversary!!!!!

Great location and friendly staff. Only complaint is the elevators. Most of the time one or more of the 4 were out of order. Please fix them and then your wonderful hotel will rank a 10 in my book. Thank you.

The rooms are big but very outdated. It was very clean. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay because our hairdryer blew a breaker and they couldn’t get it fixed. The elevators are SMALL. It’s a good location but there were several homeless people sleeping a few doors down. Also in the same location we saw drug use more than once as we walked by. They advertise breakfast but it is $10 per person unless you buy some package.
