Almost perfect - almost
Exceptional location, very friendly staff - wonderful hotel! Only two complaints: the pillows on the beds are terrible (bring your own if you can), and the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off completely. Don’t let it stop you though, we’ll be back for sure.

Nice weekend get-away
Excellent location. Not right on the plaza, but close enough to walk. Good complimentary breakfast and offered a nice happy hour. Nice, comfortable rooms. Service was not Excellent, but good.

Santa Fe first timers
Hotel and employees nice. Stayed for 4 nights and missed the “early” happy hour twice because it is from 4-5 pm and we were sightseeing. After 5 ( we came back by 5:10, it is half priced wine). Thought we should have been given a courtesy due to our 4 night stay there and just given the happy hour free drinks/ cheese and crackers. Breakfast good but repetive for 4 nights. No salmon as shown in hotel photo,no pancakes or bacon, sausage every day. No elevators, which I didn’t realize but front desk was able to assist with luggage. There is a hotel courtesy car which we used a few times and but it stops at 10 pm. About 10 minute walk to the Plaza.

We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is they claim to be a pet friendly hotel but charge $100 a night extra. That is extreme.....we are use to paying $50 and less a night. The manager did let me pay $50 a night, but for an extended stay that is too much.
