Beautiful Hotel
The hotel was beautiful! I loved room that I was in. The bed was the most comfortable thing EVER! I did not take advantage of the restaurant or other amenities within the hotel. The staff was super helpful when I checked in, but over my stay, became less and less friendly. Different people, but most definitely not as friendly as the two gentlemen who checked me in.

Beautiful accommodation in downtown Kitchener
It was very enjoyable! The room was beautiful and was located in downtown Kitchener where there are lots of places to go! They were clean and my room had a modern but historic look. There was also a Keurig coffee brewer in the room. The service at the front desk was very helpful when I asked them various questions about the hotel, parking, and the surroundings. The one criticism would be that the room was not handicap accessible. The bathroom was up one step and was not very maneuverable. However, there are probably other rooms that would be much more accommodating for those with motion problems.

no security and messed up finances!
First, there are no security cameras anywhere. So, at 11pm, 12am, 1am, 2am, etc., when a creepy looking man that turned out to be with a traveling music show, but did not speak English, kept banging on my door and calling, the hotel "security" would get there 10 min later, but did not actually run into them til about 4am. THEN, I get back and my bill is (still) completely messed up. Charged me $179 TOO MUCH. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get resolved. Try someplace else.

Disappointed with the room
I was given the cheapest room at the hotel where the floor shook all night (probably on top of a large ventilation system) and then the shower head was worse than a kids summer camp with one small jet (too strong) aimed at the wall and I could not adjust it! I was overall very disappointed.
