Lovely place, location and great value
This was an amazing place to stay. We had a studio apartment-even a washer and dryer- and it’s right in the heart of the city. Grocery store across the street, train right there too, same with a bottle shop, and just a short walk (5-10 min) from the wharf. It’s lovely and the rooftop pool and hot tub was a sweet deal. The hot tub needed to be hotter but since that all was icing on the cake for us I still give this place 5 stars. It’s an incredible value!!!

The location is great. Easy walking to all major points. Unfortunately the hotel needs TLC... our sheets felt moist 24/7. The humidity level because of the horrible air condition was awful. The rooms were decorated nicely, very modern and cute. The facilities lacked. You couldn’t open the water on the shower all the way because water wouldn’t drain fast enough. Tom, however at the bar/restaurant is this hotel’s saving grace. He was so professional, went out of his way to help us and even gave us a bottle of wine. He always smiling and greeted eveyone with warmth and kindness. My last issue and it’s the one that virtually removed any positivity...was on the night before checking out, our room started with a massive water leak from the air conditioner compressor at the entrance e of the room. It start right after 1:30am...we called twice to have someone come. And NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!! So me and my roomies dumped all the towels we had on the floor and had to turn off the A/C and finally at 5 hours later it stopped leaking but we we were ready to check out. So this place while they focused on the cosmetics of it...needs to focus on their bones and facilities to be worth the stay.

Really like the hotel. Great location, great room and the pool is amazing. A bar up there and we may never have left. The food at breakfast wasn’t good at all. My husband found hair in the sausages and they just moved them into another bowl and put them back up for service. The coffee was also very burnt. The staff were also super nice and gave us a bottle of sparkling as we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Made us feel special. She seemed genuinely excited for us. Overall a good stay. If the food was better I’d be back.

Wonderful hotel! Service from the desk staff to the room stewards was excellent.Location was perfect as we were embarking on a cruise after 4 days in Sydney. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sydney!

Amazing accommodations. Our biggest complaint is that we had to leave for the airport without eating breakfast that was included in our stay. At $22 per person for breakfast then not being able to eat it was disappointing.
