Horrible Hotel
This hotel is extremely unprofessional. The wi-fi is absolutely horrible, the breakfast consists of refrigerated mini doughnuts. I had to switch rooms to get wi-fi and move onto the second floor-in which there is NO ELEVATOR. I left brand new liter sized shampoo and conditioner in the old room upon switching rooms and realized it upon check out and did not get it back! I moved rooms after the first night and stayed two more nights. Upon check out, I realized I left my new hair products in the first room and asked the manager on duty for them upon leaving as they should be in the lost and found. The manager asked me why I hadn't asked for it the day prior when I switched rooms. I proceeded to tell her that I don't wash my hair every day.She told me they throw food and shampoo away as she said it probably isn't in the lost & found as she went and "looked" only to come back and tell me that it wasn't there and once again, they throw away "shampoo and food." I called back later and spoke with the evening manager about what happened and he said I was more than welcome to go dumpster diving to look for it in the back of the hotel. Also, there was a HUGE spider in the second room and I heard another guy tell the front desk his air conditioner was broken and that the fridge didn't work upon switching rooms after the first night. The keys don't work half the time on the doors and you have to get them reprogrammed.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

A litter weird, but mostly adequate.
The hotel had a foul odor in the lobby as you walk in, and the place just smelled old. The hotel and room had some slight disrepair but everything was functional. The staff was not very friendly. This was definitely a budget experience and felt more like a motel, which is fine; if I wanted to have a beautiful hotel experience, I would spend beautiful money. What was important to me were the price-point and the cleanliness of the room, and those both met my expectations. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel to anyone, but I am in Fort Wayne frequently would consider giving it a second chance at some point.

Breakfast was sad. Bed hard as a rock. Water pressure in the shower was lacking.
