This place was disgusting.. the laundry mat messed up my clothes and had to throw them away. There’s ROACHES. And hair was in the shower when I arrived, the sink wasn’t cleaned. And the blanket was dirty. This is a 0/10…

The worst place I’ve ever experienced
Hotel receptionist was giving attitude towards everyone. Got our room key and that’s how we found the bed along with used towels and a window that looked like it had been broken into. 100% do not recommend, spend those extra 10$ and get a nice/safe place. We didn’t stay and were unable to get our money back.

Don’t stay here
This place is disgusting and honestly not even worth being on this website. As soon as you check in, it’s a horrible experience. My room was dirty, it has cockroaches, the toilet was broken, and the cabinets were broken as well. The door handle doesn’t even have a lock but rather a hinge, so good luck trying to feel safe at all. Trying to check out was the worst thing ever because they did not even issue you a full refund for rather charge you for every little thing because from the moment you check in that’s considered a full day stay day

I didn't realize that for the price there were going to be some very sketchy people staying and hanging around the property. Many homeless beggers in the area also. I did npt feel comfortable or safe and I am from Detroit MI!

DON'T STAY HERE!!
I got the key from the front desk and they didn't work. Some random guy let my daughters in the room..... The door would not shut, so there was no locking it. The room smelled like a murder had been cleaned up just hours ago, the sink was falling off the wall. Needless to say, we did NOT stay at this hotel. It was quite gross.

Red Roof Phoenix-West is a poor choice.
When we got there in the office, there was already a customer who had a complaint of cockroaches in their room. When it was my turn to check-in the room was not available and our reservation was cancelled. There is no Manager on-site to handle issues which I think is not very good hotel practice. Long line with only one representative to help. Alot of customers who were checking in at the time I was there were having issues as well. The place is more for people who live in the city to stay for long-term housing. The rep. did her best to help me with a receipt of my cancellation but I felt bad that she had to deal with all the other customers and their issues as some were very upset. I do not recommend this place if you do not live in the Phoenix area. I would definitely NOT try to stay here ever again.

The front desk area carpet stained and dirty right off the bat! Another employee was in a room very close to the front desk and was cussing with another employee!! The room was lingering with cigarette smoke smell badly even thought a non smoking room!! Bed was very soft and used big time. Furniture had rips in the seats. A few renters upstairs were in their doorway smoking crack pipes!!!!! I was with my 14 year old daughter and we went to aconcert and refused to go back to the motel and ended up driving back home at 11:30pm after the concert, got home 2 am! PS, couldn't change rooms, they were fully booked if you could beleive that! I wasted $97.00. Hotels. Com should take them off there list!!!
