Trustworthy staff, clean, and excellent hotel
Best hotel I’ve stayed at in many countries. No fridge in room is the only negative. One day I left my passport, cash, and valuables in the safe and realized when I got back at the end of the day that I had left it open and forgot to lock it (I remembered this when I saw it open). The staff had come in and cleaned the room and nothing was missing. Really impressed! Lots of nearby amenities also!

Worth checking out!
Stayed overnight on a family trip and enjoyed it very much. The customer service was excellent from arrival to departure. The room was clean and it felt spacious, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. We had a misunderstanding on the date of arrival, but the manager called me personally to apologize. The swimming spa was a plus with a climatized pool in an oasis of plants. We also tried the food at Hibiscus, but were not impressed unfortunately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
