Grand Hyatt Bali, Nusa Dua

the resort was beautiful comfortable beds and huge swimming pool and slide. Perfect positioning in nusa dua. The service was awful too many guests and not enough staff. Breakfast was always full and had to wait for table and coffee and tea same happened at the Italian restaurant As a family of 5 we never got a table to fit, always squeezed on a 4. At checkin I didnt get the room I requested ocean view delux connecting. Having 3 small children this was a must as it was written on my booking. In the end after not budging they upgraded us to a suite connecting room at no extra charge. On checkout they then tried to charge me extra. I wont book here again.

Great hotel ,fantastic service and excellent location with private beach . Stone throw away from bali collection. Thanks for the anniversary surprise gift . Definitely will come back .

Everything was great for the most part. Hotel staff at the poolside bar needs major improvement. We constantly had to find a server to order drinks and food. Servers we’re never found again once they dropped off food and drinks. They should have returned to ask if we would like something else. Servers were always at the bar instead of roaming pool and beach area to ask guests if they’d like something. You could actually improve service and profits if you’d stop standing around and start walking around.

Fabulous place to relax, kids enjoyed poolxarea and water slide a lot, beautiful beach! Definitely great experience and will return

There was a bit of a maintenance issue with the shower clogging and the bath water being brown. But as soon as we brought it to the staffs attention, they fixed it immediately. Everyone was welcoming and the resort and private beach are absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend staying at Grand Hyatt Bali.
