Good location, bad set up
Our main issue was the room extremely smal. We had a two bed for 2 adults 2 children. Closet is extremely small as well as bathroom. Bathroom layout so bad you couldn’t even open the door fully because it would bump the toilet! Also called a month before to say we’d be checking in early. Arrived at 1 didn’t get our room till 3:53.

Hotel is overcrowded and extremely noisy at the pool to the point that one could use earplugs. You find yourself retreating to the beach where unfortunately umbrellas are not free so you add 23$ Per day to the 40$ resort fee that you are paying for nothing. overall, pool employees are rather dry and impatient as opposed to beach employees who are very friendly. Room cleaning is very very basic and our room was often cleaned around 4-5 pm which was so inconvenient and late since it coincided with our return from the beach.
