Could not find my reservation!!!
It was overall not a good stay. The front desk could not find my reservation despite me providing confirmation and iternary numbers. I even showed them my confirmation email. They still could not find the reservation. I will say that the staff members at the front desk were both very helpful and friendly, but were inable to find my reservation. Unfortunately that meant the room we originally reserved was not available. Instead we (a family of 5) were forced into a room with only two queen beds. My son was forced to sleep on the floor, as they had no roll away beds. It was the most disastrous experience I have had at a hotel. I will at least say that the staff was accommodating despite the issues. However, the experience was overall quite unpleasant.

Wonderful Experience in CLE!!
Love the location to the many tourist attractions and the urban feel of the hotel. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The Front Desk Teams were very friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. I chose to self-park around the corner as it was free and allowed easy access to my vehicle. I witnessed many folks using ride-share services, which I may do next time. I will definitely stay again!!!

The customer service was top notch; very friendly and helpful. Not having leave for a good, hot breakfast was ideal. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing making our stay a 9.9 instead of a 10 were the pillows. They were a little on the small and too soft side.
