Long Weekend Trip
We came to go on a scenic train trip in MD. We decided to stay in PA because of a Talor Swift concert and other areas were already booked. The hotel is older but clean. Breakfast was good. They need (2) waffle irons. Did not use the pool but it was being used by others.

Everything about the stay was very good. I did have a concern when checking out. An elderly woman (employee) was at the desk & repeated a question to a younger employee - perhaps the manager - and the manager was extremely rude to the older woman. I was standing a few feet away from the desk & witnessed the interaction. It was disappointing to see this, and the older woman was clearly hurt by being treated so rudely. Your employees should know that it's not only important to treat visitors with kindness & respect, but also to treat each other with kindness & respect.
