Disappointed
Check in is not until 4 pm. We arrived at noon and expected to wait for our room. Staff said we will mark you as here so they can get your room done, we will call you as soon as it it ready. We stayed at the pool for several hours, there were no towels to be found. No one had towels. Still waiting for our room at 3pm we went to the inside bar. The TV at the bar had a Disney animated show on. My husband and I were the only people at the bar. Disney, really at a bar? Bartender was not friendly at all. Finally I went to the desk to ask if our room was ready yet as we had not received a call. The agent said oh yes it's ready. Why did we not get a call? The next day same thing at the pool, no towels. There is a towel holder but no towels, crazy. Everyone was getting out of the pool looking for a towel! On a positive note, the room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. One gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. For 200 dollars a night I expect to at least be provided a pool towel and the slightest bit of customer service which we did not get.

The staff was great, easy check in. Shower in the room had hair in it but was clean. My biggest issue & reason why I would never go back is they close the pool AND the only way to go to the beach at 8pm. Never stayed anywhere who shuts the pool down early and the entrance to the beach
