Good hotel, but not fully functioning
The fitness room wasnt avaiable. It was being remodeled. They should have told us before reservation. It is a important item that i consider when choosing a hotel.

Traveling with my puppy
The service was excellent, as soon as I arrived they helped me get situated with my puppy giving me an upgrade to a bigger room where she would be more comfortable. They also provided me with a couple toys, water and food bowls and a potty pad. The location is great, I was able to walk around to find a place to eat, grocery store and do some shopping at the mall. Would definitely stay there again!

Water a price of gold
The hotel itself looks good but a little out of date. The breakfast is gorgeous. Bath tub could be better cleaned but was not disgusting. Bad point: not even a bottle of water as courtesy!!! And the water offered was on tiny bottles super expensive. It is water!!!! How can be so expensive.

3 nights in São Paulo
Three nights in São Paulo. This was part of a longer trip around Brazil. It is a big city with lots of history, museums, food, parks and shopping. The Radisson is located near lots of activities and on a quiet street. The hotel provides breakfast, friendly staff and clean comfortable room.

Lovely, well situated hotel w/ poor wireless
The hotel is generally lovely with a pleasant appearance, nice rooms, great showers, and a more than adequate breakfast buffet. The neighborhood it is located in is perfect for tourism which was the purpose of our trip. I only make note of imperfections because I don't trust reviews that include none. That being said, my only real gripe would be that the free wireless supposedly offered by the hotel rarely worked in our room or elsewhere on site during our two night stay. For that matter, both my traveling companion and I found it surprisingly difficult to even sign into the first time. I was fortunate to have no difficulty at all just accessing the web using my cell carrier once I noticed the hotel's unavailable wireless network seemed to be the norm rather than the exception. My traveling companion wasn't so lucky with his cell carrier's coverage in Sao Paolo and was rather annoyed with his near complete lack of wireless access during our stay. I'd hate to be a business person or someone with serious need to access the web staying here depending entirely on the Radisson Paulista's internet. Otherwise, I'd have no trouble recommending this place and would be happy to stay there on any return trip to Sao Paolo.

worst service ever
it was amazing untill i went to the resturant and sat down order my food which 3 or 4 tables came in after me and they already gotten there entire and i am still waiting on mine when i complaint about it. My food which was a filet mignon came out cold and over cooked.I wrote on the check worst service ever. I was also told because i ordered a steak thats the reason why my food came out lat

Poor 2.0
Cheating and lying
Front desk said we consumed snacks in the minibar when we checked out. But we didn’t. In addition, we lived there for two days, but we put the “don’t disturb” at the door and no cleaning for us. So, I believe no one came into our room and they said we consumed when we checkouted, which is clearly a cheating and lying behavior. Just want to get additional money. When we pointed out the issue, the employee assumed we don’t need to pay, so they know what they were doing and the lying thing.
