Very Good 8.0
A nice above average hotel in Chinatown.
I stayed two nights in a deluxe window room overlooking Pétaling Street. The room was very nice--much nicer than I expected. I didn't rate it a 5 star because the desk clerk who checked me in was very unfriendly. In addition, housekeeping rang my door bell at nine the next morning which woke me up and the wifi worked well about a third of the time. But, it still was a nice place to stay.

Good 6.0
Cozy in chinatown
The hotel room was very cozy. Bathroom tiny. Rooms are clean, but no openable windows. So the air is stale in the rooms and building. Breakfast buffet spread was great.
