Hotel Maximilian, Prague
Exceptional10.0
This hotel is in a quiet location but only a few minutes from the center . It has amazing restaurants right on the same block with mostly locals , it has a terrific spa where we had great massages , and the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation. We loved the breakfast, complete with the usual items but also microgreens , chia pudding shots , and almond milk .

Prague visit
First time in Prague, and it was a great stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Old Town, the river, lots of great bars and restaurants. Very clean hotel (although the carpet in the room is old and stained), great breakfast in the morning, very friendly and helpful staff. I'd highly recommend the Hotel Maximilian!

A quiet gem in the heart of the city
Excellent location - quiet but close to everything you want to be close to. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even interpreting Czech messages on the iPhone. They upgraded our room which was delightful for us. Room was certainly clean and the breakfasts worked well as well. Think several of the folks running in the marathon stayed there as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Over all very good for a small hotel. Bed was good and room was modern, obviously remodeled not too long ago. Front desk and support staff very helpful. The only complaint we had was breakfast was just ok. Orange juice either was a orange drink or watered down, not real orange juice. Bacon was well under cooked both mornings we stayed there. Scrambled eggs were under cooked and runny in standing covered container. Female staff in breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. You can order either pancakes or French toast from the kitchen very tasty.

Beyond expectation!
This hotel is amazing in all respects! It was perfectly located for easy access everywhere in town. Easy taxi ride to the train station. The employees were all friendly and accommodating and the morning breakfast was more than I’ve had anywhere else. No detail was overlooked. This is definitely a five star hotel in my ratings book.
