There are messages about the high level of cleanliness but I am afraid that is not the case. Our toilet seat had a brown mark on it (poo?) and the bath plug hole was disgusting. Called reception who sent a cleaner, the spray used was ineffective and I said it needs scrubbing. The bath needed a good clean as well as the carpet, behind doors, everywhere. I am so glad I took disinfecting wipes. Unable to complain directly to the Company. Also parties were taking place and an external event in the street while we were there but not informed until after I booked.
