The parking was $10 a day There was a pile of ( dog?? ) poo in the pool on the pool steps so we couldn’t use pool which we wanted to! The bathroom was shabby but sufficient. Location was great as practically on USF campus. Breakfast was very good.

Customers should be aware of a hidden parking fee for being on the university campus. What they tell you at the front desk doesn't match what shows up as charges. They say $10 per day for parking but they don't tell you that there's also a hidden university fee and then you pay tax on both.

Hotel was doing some construction. Related or not, our bath tub had scratches everywhere. However, breakfast was included in our stay and was amazing and our kids loved it. Also the hotel is clean, the pool is great. They also provide shuttle around the hotel which saved us on the parking in Busch Garden.

The A/C in the room was not working correctly. We thought it was because the curtains were open and sunshine was hitting the room. It did not improve during the night and we had a very uncomfortable sleep because of the high temperature in the room.

i am a huge Embassy Suite fan, and have stayed in the hotel a dozen times in the past 20 yrs, this week the room was age, no tv in main room not hot any longer and the restaurant was now bar food. paying the 380 bucks or one night was tough add it to the no tv for the kids to watch was brutal. i went to the front desk twice because the phone didnt work .... no one ever fixed the tv

Upon entering the lobby the open feel was nice but it had a funny smell from the stream running through with a nasty foam on top. The room was just as bad. The first room we were given was incorrect as we reserved a king and we were give 2 doubles. We went back down and we’re told all king rooms were sold out and then we were given this King suite. The bathroom door would not close… it’s a huge door that was so off from being square that it felt like it would fall off the hinges at any moment, the sink leaked onto the lower shelf and I can only imagine this is because it would not drain properly as it would fill up with water after 30 seconds of being on, the bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in 50 visits, the in room refrigerator was missing a leg and was nearly impossible to open because of this. When you went to open the door the whole fridge would fall forward. This hotel was easily one of the worst we have ever stayed at. The close proximity to Moffitt was the only plus where I was getting treatment but other than that this was a horrible experience for the large amount they wanted per night…. With parking it was over $200. Yes they charge for parking and the pool closes at 7pm! Who closes a pool at 7pm? The front staff was nice but we were basically told this room was all they had left. Either take it or go somewhere else. It was late and had a long next day ahead for treatment. I never rate on here but this was so bad I could not let it go.
