    Very Uncomfortable Stay
Personally I love Embassy Suites, however this was the worse stay I’ve ever had at Embassy Suites. My husband and our kids has stayed at Embassy Suites for the last 27 years. My stay at this hotel was terrible. Upon arrival to our room the refrigerator was unplugged and pulled out of the wall. The toilet would not flush. The bathtub, toilet and floor was filthy. There was a huge dead bug on the bedroom floor. We called the front desk and they did send someone to move the refrigerator into it’s rightful place and plug it in. He also fixed the toilet. The other problems were never taken care of. I had to remove the dead bug and I had to get cleaning stuff from the store to clean the bathroom. The air conditioner never cooled the room down and we had the temperature set as low as it could be set. We did arrive 2 hours before check in so I’m assuming that is why the room was not presented as clean. I would have rather the staff had told us that they did not have a room ready for us yet. 😡 I’m pretty sure that we will continue to use Embassy Suites as this is our first BAD experience in the 27 years that we have used them. We did have a break-in in our car which was not the hotel’s fault.

Open. Nice Lobby, But Uncomfy Bed. Updates Needed!
Understandably, everything was closed because of the Coronavirus. I mean everything. But there was no difference in price, which was unfortunate. At least they were open, right? The lobby seemingly had been newly renovated and looked nice. But the rooms left a lot to be desired. They are in major need of an update. The bed was very, very uncomfortable. The couches and chairs looked ratty, and the sliding door to the bathroom had at one time been bashed in and was hard to grab and close.

    Great stay
Embassy never disappoints The sack breakfast left lots to be desired though. All Carbs all sugars. Orange juice with and orange with a sugary pastry and sugary snack... Maybe hand out 5.00 gift card to a local place for breakfast?

Customer service was great, the gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and helpful! The only thing i did not like was that the elevator was not working but it was fixed. Also i didnt get trash bags in our room. Other than that everything was great. Happy hour was good!

It's not the best of Embassy Suites.
We had (3) different families come to this hotel. One room had mold in shower, one room the toilet wouldn't flush, the other had mold above the doorway. Maintenance did come up for the toilet, however, it was back to not flushing. Pool was green, one elevator was down. The breakfast made to order was possibly the worst hotel food I've had. The cook was very rude & kept yelling so loud that she was heard throughout the entire lobby area. This place really needs some work!

    For the Breakfast
Chose hotel due to suite and breakfast. Cost a little more that we usually spend on a hotel stay, but feeding 4 teenagers for breakfast out weighs the cost.

    Sundays are disappointing
No shuttle service Sundays. Huge disappointment, and inconvenience. Happy hour was nice. Bartender friendly. Male server there for 2 days was horrible. Unfriendly, no sense of urgency, just did not want to be there. Housekeeping very friendly. Rooms were great very comfortable. Would stay again, but would rent a car rather than Uber from airport.

Service not so good. Not enough help on hand for breakfast and service
