We only stayed for a few hours as we came in late and left early but the front desk kid was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and wonderful value for the price.

I had two small dogs and they were welcome by the staff. Room was clean but dated.

4/10 Fair

I was hit on by the person checking me in and then when I didn’t reciprocate, he turned to my brothers to mock me. There was no hand soap/soap bar and we were given body wash to use for handwashing. There were old cheetos on the carpet from previous guests. Pool and hot tub were nice. The listing says free breakfast which was a major reason I chose this location just to be told they no longer offered that. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed about that had the listing been accurate and I did not already feel uncomfortable around the main desk attendant. It worked as a place to sleep but we spent as little time as we could there.

2/10 Poor

I used to stay here when I visited my daughter in college in 2016-2020. It was not fancy but very clean and hospitable with a great breakfast buffet. Now it is dirty, smells awful and there were cockroaches and flies everywhere. No breakfast and my room floor looked like someone completed and never cleaned it up. The linens are cheap. The television was basically broken sound was garbled. Felt like I needed a shower after my two night. It also smelled of marijuana and incense. If all the other hotels weren’t booked I would have left. I will never be back. Got locked out of room my key card stopped working and it was 10pm nobody in the building to help, had to call a number left at desk and waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive on site to get new key.

hotel ok for a budget traveler. wifi ok. cleaners knocked twice in the morning to see if we are out which was annoying since we got in late and were very tired. we were out by 9 so not like we slept in. linens clean but room could use more cleaning. comfortable, big room. looks like they did an upgrade on furnishing.

10/10 Exceptional

I arrived about 1am. Hotels.com booked my room for the following night since it was after midnight. The desk clerk on duty was so accommodating in helping me get a room for the current night. He even made me popcorn because I was hungry. I give him 10 stars! Excellent customer service.

Family owed, very friendly and accommodating. The room itself is very old and not cleaned well. Heater did not work so they brought a portable heater, that was nice.. the blankets and pillow cases had lots of stains and gross stuff all over one of the walls. Best paprt was the staff, they were very nice, including the kids and teenage boy that worked the counter.

There was a problem with my booking. The young lady who was there took care of the booking, was polite and customer service was outstanding. She comped the room and apologized more than she needed to. Highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for customer service.

What I liked was how close and convenient to restaurants and freeway. The place was way too dirty for me to ever stay there again.
