Pretty good cheap hotel
This is a pretty good cheap hotel right in downtown Toronto. The parking is kind of expensive, but worth it to have a safe place for my car in the big city. The staff was very friendly. The room seemed well used, but overall pretty nice. I liked the bathroom and the wi-fi worked great.

Fun stay in Toronto
Hotel staff super friendly, including restaurant staff. Wifi not very good. My son loved the pool. Walking distance to Eaton Centre and Royal Ontario Museum.

The first night is ok. 2nd night we felt uncomfortable as we found something like bed bug on the pillow. One of the receptionist s came to talk with me and she took out the bed bug very quickly and threw it away. She said it was dirt only. On the way to the elevator, I thought it was no good and went back to show the photo of the pillow for the supervisor and asked her to give me another room and she did. In this case, my family was worry about whether it is a bed bug or not. Few years ago California experienced that the bed bug was very hard to kill them all. My daughter experienced that her classmate suffer a long time of hurt of the bed bug in UC. 1. This hotel associates are not well trained with customer service. In this case, the first receptionist needs to call out the person in charge to handle the case. 2. The receptionist needs to put the (bed bug/dirt) into a plastic bag for further study or usage. 3. The superior cannot say that she wills not UPGRADE THE ROOM for me while I am not to request her to do that. At that time I feel very uncomfortable because of her action taken. I only request her to give me another room for I do not want to bring back any bed bug to my home. 4. Treat you customers in positive attitude, do not tell lies. The 3rd day and the fourth day I want to get back the report as they promised to do that but all the person in charge tell me wait for the manager come back or we will send you email with the report of negative result.
