Start of driving adventure; California to Boston
Location was perfect; across street from son’s residence as an intern for Apple! Just walking distance from everything we needed!

We were given a room right next to the elevator, ice machine and on the high density traffic noise side of the hotel. We arrived by 3:30 p.m. so I doubt all rooms were taken at that point. If we were staying more than 1 night we would of asked to be moved. We didn't know the extent of the traffic and ice machine noise until later in the day and early morning (seriously, who gets ice at 6 a.m.?) We were also surprised no hot tub. They didn't post that they do, but we assumed they did as in today's world just about every Marriott does have one. There are other options in the area so we won't be staying here again.

Read the Reservation Notes Please!!!!
The elevators were not working Said they would have notified us but did not have our email of phone number. Is that Hotes.com fault?? Our reservation notes were totally ignored. Not feeling to welcome with your check in at 10 pm We requested a roll away...not available Extra pillows...had to get those 2 rooms were reserved one with 4 people and the other with 5...Towels and cloths for 3 Property looked old. Not on par with other Courtyards we have stayed at. Why was no elevator not noted on the website...they didn't suddenly stop working...it was planned service

South Bay Jaunt
Great location and reasonably priced. However, bathroom looked old and while not dirty, did not sparkle. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Not at all luxurious like Hilton Garden Inns or Hampton Inns. Staff was friendly and helpful.
