We stayed from 5/20/2023 to 5/24/2023. The hotel did not clean our room on 5/22 and 5/23. We have to call the front desk to get clean towers for bath. We do call the front desk on 5/22 and the front desk promised to send people to clean up but nobodies came to clean the room at all.

Good staff!
Leia, the receptionist, always took good care of customers. A receptionist like Leia could always be a plus for choosing the hotel. Vilma was another shining example of good staff. Her positive attitude always inspired me during the rides she provided. While the smell of bedding was lighter than my previous stay, it could still use improvements (to make it fresher, or at least no-smell, maybe).

Pillows and bed could have a better clean
The good, 1) a shuttle service to/from the hotel and the New Carrollton metro station was avaialbe when there was a driver. 2) the room was clean. The bad, 1) pillows and the bed had a smell (of human oil)

Wonderful Gem in DC Area
The Trip the same as last time was amazing. I always stay here when visiting DC as you are right in New Carrollton 2-3 blocks from the Metro that goes straight into DC. The Hotel offers a wonderful Shuttle to the Metro so you don't even have to freet about that. The staff here is very knowledgeable of the area and high recommend manyy attractions themselves. Kevin if working is a wonderful front desk host and will quickly and very efficently take care of any probelms you have with in reason. The Cafe in the lobby offers a Bar, social sittery, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Couldn't recommend a place more.

Not so bad
The room was nice and clean. There's a next door from me that made a raggedy noise, a lot of banging for 4 days in a row day and night. The wifi kept cutting off and on all day, every day. Other than that, the staffs and housekeepers were very nice.
