Unprofessional rude uneducated and aggressive staf
Checked in and told the woman at front desk I was exhausted and had a migraine and do not disturb me for any reason. Then someone from my work called the hotel and she told them I was there then they came to hotel and lied and told the front desk to go knock on my door even after I clearly told her not to disturb me for any reason. Then the next thing I hear while I am I'm in bed sleeping is someone trying to pry my door open and they did enter my room. The woman from front desk broke into my room Do not stay at this hotel they violated my right to privacy as well as my fourth amendment right against illegal search of my hotel room without any warrant. They did not even try to contact me on my cell phone before barging in my room. How would anyone like to wake up and have some someone standing above you when you think your alone with the security lock on the door and do not disturb sign on the door. Seriously I can't even believe this would happen at this hotel the way I was treated it was absolute disregard and disrespect not to mention dangerous to sneak into someone's room while they are sleeping because that's how people get hurt. Then when I went to front desk she then laughed and thought it was funny and said she was concerned about my well being because she was talking to someone I work with. Wow. Wow. Wow.

Nice stay. Starbucks was a plus. Overall great hotel and location. Only feedback I can provide is it was a bit frustrating that I had to call front desk to have shampoo, body wash and lotion restocked over the course if our 3 night stay. Often do not realize these items are missing/empty until you’re in the shower! These items should be checked daily and stocked accordingly if needed. Also, towels in the pool area were not stocked so I had to visit the front desk both evenings we took the kids swimming to get towels for them. However, pool area stayed busy in the evenings due to very hot weather so that likely is a contributing factor. But again, overall experience was great and I would stay at this hotel again...

Everything was Great!
This was a small get away trip for my wife and I and our 2 small children. We were also scoping out the Plano/Friso area for potentially relocating in the near future. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. The location is super convenient to everything in the area. Essentially the hotel is on the corner of Preston Rd and W Plano Pkwy and everything you need is on Preston road which leads you right into Frisco. It's also right next to the Dallas North Tollway which is very convenient for a short drive into Dallas. My wife tells me that I'm hard to please at times, but this really was a great experience. You couldn't beat the price for what you get.

Overall great, few bumps!
I was under the impression that I had an executive room- which makes it sound like it would be extremely spacious, but I was disappointed. I feel like I was just given a standard room with a king bed. My “view” was literally just a tree over looking the pool area, which there were people in well after 11:00pm. The woman that was at the check in desk was short with us and it just seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Other than that, the man that checked us out was super polite and amicable, and we had a great stay.

Nice hotel. A bit humid.
The hotel is just fine. Clearly an older hotel that has been updated nicely. The common areas are definitely above average compared to most hotels at this price point, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and little things in the bathroom, like the Paul Mitchell products, are a nice touch. The humidity in my room was an abomination. As someone who grew up in Houston, I find myself to be an authority on what is humid and what isn't. Rain forests have less moisture. Clouds were actually forming above my bed. On the upside, my skin is now in excellent condition.
