No More Comfort Inn Stays
Check in was easy and our reservation was already prepared for us. Getting to our room was a different story. I was like walking in to a confined mid-evil dungeon in the 15th century. The room was small and nothing like the pictures portrayed on their website. The room most likely hold mold growing in it due to the musky mildew smell emitting from within the room. Plus it had flies and nats in the room, the bedding had hair on the covers and smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. I still hadn't made a decision to complain yet or try to change rooms. That changed as soon as I layed down on the mattress and the room's smoke alarm went off over me. Then I went to the front desk and told them to either give me another room or cancel our reservation and that we would go to the Hilton that had plenty of rooms. The staff member did offer me the only room that they had left and I went and looked at it and accepted the offer to change rooms. That room was livable. The breakfast was nothing to brag about either, but it was edible.

We were here for the night visiting friends. Our only complaint is the room feels very humid. The air is working as it’s cool in the room but just feels moist in the room. Other than that…great place to stay.
