The associate at check in, Jordan, was great. There was a terrible smell that is easily recognizable. It was in the hallway by our room the entire visit. There was mold in the shower. The blankets for the pull out sofa were badly stained. The door to the exit hallway was very loose and slammed close all night. There were no towels at the pool and no place to leave the dirty pool towels. Very disappointing.
