Comfort Suites honest review... When I walked in, the area looks nice and welcoming. I was greeted by the staff and he checked me in. Upon walking in the room it appeared clean. It looked how a room should look. The beds appeared to have clean sheets on them, but they mattress is hard and when you move or turn the bed squeaks. This should be replacedThe couch in the room looked like it came from the goodwill. The chair and little seat in the room needs to be replaced. They both are outdated and the screws need to be tighted. The bathroom tub needs to be clean and disinfected with a soap scum cleaner not just a spray. You have to remove the dirt. When you use only a spray you have build up and that is nasty. The toilet appeated clean. It had a super turbo flush , which was great. FYI...I always bring cleaning supplies and reclean my entire room. The next guest to stay in the room I stayed in will be surprised because it will be the cleanest room on the hotel. The air condition unit needs to be service, it did not get as cold as it usually can get. Overall it was an okay visit. The price is definitely high and for what I paid I expect more. The staff was very nice and attentive!

The hotel was nice and clean. Good location. Only thing I was disappointed in was the Wi-Fi. It wouldnt stay connected and lost signal constantly. Other than that it was a great stay.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. The breakfasts were just ok. According to a letter posted in the bathroom, full service housekeeping would be automatically provided after every 3rd night of the stay. That never happened. We had to request clean towels, etc.
