    no wifi, on a saturday night there were too many people using, so you could not get wifi. no breakfast, all juice machines broken. no smoking, yet smoke smell permeated halls, rooms, everywhere. bathroom especially needs updating, shower stall literally cracking and peeling underfoot, totally gross

    Thoughts…

    Only negative was wifi connection. Wouldn’t work on iPads on arrival and lobby staff had no idea what to do. Comment was “it works on android so all ok” which is not true when I specifically said I need iPad access. She did not offer any further assistance. This would probably mean I would not return to this site. Housekeeping did nice job…

    Not an Inn but more like Get out while you can

    The check in process was easy and simple. But things went downhill from there. Our room was placed in a nonsmoking area. But all of the hallways were covered in a strong cigarette smell, thank goodness for the empty elevators. The rooms were decent sized but felt crowded due to excessive pieces of broken furniture. The surrounding walls were scratched and stained as if there was a fight. The handles on some of the furniture pieces were broken, the thin and itchy bedsheets were covered with food, grease and small blood stains. The bathroom was decently clean, but the rest of the room was atrocious. The remotes and coffee station had sticky residues. I had to use my own wipes to clean some of the things. Wish I took pictures. I think the management needs to give the cleaning staff more time to turn down rooms because it seems as though they get 10 minutes to a bathroom and not much else.

    Pretty terrible

    I usually don’t leave reviews, but I thought I would be doing a disservice to other people not to… when we walked in our room the floor was sticky. We never felt comfortable taking our socks off or using the shower. For a non-smoking hotel the hallways always smelled like smoke. Honestly we consider it a win that we didn’t leave with bed bugs. I would never stay here again.
