Lackluster to say the least
We came to Europe for two weeks and Paris was our last stop before heading home. Due to complicated flights, we only got to spend 2 full days there. As an interior designer in hospitality, this hotel was the one I was looking forward to most. Aside from the great area, the design of this hotel was what caught my eye. I was so excited to see the creativity in the design of the room, the plywood headboards with upholstered panels specifically. However, when we got to our room, it was a far cry from the images we saw online. It was fine, just not as exciting as is expected. Our first night we were woken up by the garbage trucks so street views were loud but cool so it didn't bother us. Unfortunately the most disturbing part was how dirty our bathroom was. There was an enormous pile of blonde hair in the shower and what appeared to be significant mold growth. Not to mention how impossibly small the bathroom was. I'm 5'3 and I had to sit on the toilet sideways for my knees not to hit. There are a lot of good things in the room but they were out shined by the condition of the bathroom. The hotel comes with free wifi but it was completely inaccessible for us. I think we successfully connected once the first night we were there and we were only on the 2nd floor. I would have loved to have a different experience to write rave reviews about but it fell mostly flat. The area is a winner though. 5 stars for Montmartre.

My little break in Paris
Small single room but modern and nice with a very good, roomy bed. Coffee & tea in the room. Also nice bathroom. The internet worked well all over the hotel. To pay up on the morning I left, I wanted to convert money by using an American credit card, one without the chip. This type of card did not work in their system for some reason, so it is a good thing I had a French card from a French bank! Very good breakfast included with the room!

Extremely disappointed
My husband and I just returned from traveling in France. We picked 3 star hotels based on our budget. We read reviews so were aware of the ongoing construction. This was the only hotel that we were very disappointed. Let me start by saying the staff was very nice and accommodating. They were all friendly and helpful when needed. I picked the neighborhood specifically as Montmartre is very adorable. That really is the only good things I have to say about this place. The hotel was still under extreme construction, literally every floor. As in I'm surprised they didn't just shut down construction. Supposedly it's to be completed by January, but the employee we talked to didn't seem convinced that was going to happen. As soon as you come off the elevator to our floor, there were no ceiling tiles and wires were exposed, one tile was hanging down attached only by a wire. I could of handled the construction, but it was the room that was most disappointing. We had to push on the door to the room to close it. The bathroom door had no handle at all and couldn't be closed. The shower was small (understandably), but having to be plastered to the shower curtain (mold central) in order to shower was uncomfortable to say the least. The bathroom smelled faintly of a porta potty. Lastly there was no plug in the bathroom, annoying, but what was most frustrating is the bathroom had the only mirror in the room. I had to use the camera on my iPad to do my hair in the morning. Avoid!

traveler one night
I stayed one night. There are cafes all around to eat. The room was small but clean, I had a twin bed which was fine and comfortable as I was very tired Everything you need is there. They are going through a renovation but that didn't affect my stay. The receptionist was very helpful and went out of her way to be so. I recommend this hotel highly. There is an elevator.

Would be great if finished
I read reviews on this place from earlier in the year about how there was construction. It was from January so I figured surely by July they would be finished. Not true. There were walls unfinished, cement floors, exposed ceilings, scaffolding right outside our window. The size of the room was tiny, but we expected this. The service provided by the staff was good enough. Overall it would be a great little hotel if there wasn't construction going on.
