Hellish experience
It is a big hotel with some rooms are basically not suitable for sleeping; the tram lines right outside to keep you awake. We understand there are different options but it needs to have a basic function which is to offer a quiet sleeping environment or at least let consumers know what the conditions are when booking. The breakfast experiences are hellish. Plenty of foods but many guests too. You need to squeeze through for a small cup of coffee and do it again, hellishly for a 2nd small cup. We certainly will not return to this property.

Nice hotel. Clean fresh and very stylish. What I don’t like. Your rooms you will hear the city noise. For the family that was tough. Breakfast was very disappointing. In fact really bad. Tons of people. And the food was really bad, it was sad!

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, good bar and restaurant in a great location with great staff. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed but the lighting is really bad making it very difficult to see into luggage and bags. Rooms are also very hot and you cannot control the temperature from the thermostat in the room as it is run off of a central system. The hotel supplied a fan but this was not ideal. Breakfast selection is very impressive and good quality, the mornings are extremely busy so it's not a relaxing start to the day.
